Making A Purchase Making a purchase is really not difficult.

Just look through the shop/gallery, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'ORDER' link at the top of the screen and you will be asked for a few contact details which we will need to be able to complete the order.

You will then receive a copy of the subtotal - without the carriage charge. After this - within hours - Roger will send you details of the carriage options ( eg 'next day delivery' or '5 day delivery') and thus the total for you to confirm.
Most commonly, clients prefer to telephone us both to provide their credit card details for payment and/or to request any variations and other personalising requirements.

Please be assured that there is no binding committment on an order until you, the client has been informed of the carriage charge and confirmed the order.

Naturally, we accept credit card payment, but no card details are required until final confirmation and payment

We accept all major credit cards. However, as the work may need to be made to order, we do not process the payments until the work is ready to send.

We are happy to accept cheques, money orders or BACS payment by arrangement.

Shipping And Handling Due to the "bespoke" nature of the work, a carriage charge will be calculated on an individual basis and is able to be confirmed by the client prior to payment. See 'making a purchase for more information.
Delivery Schedule As the work may need to be made to order - a delivery schedule will to be agreed at the time of ordering/payment.
